Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 0.5 cup Butter, melted
Filling
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Topping
- 2 cups Fresh Strawberries, sliced
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish.
Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
In another mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread the cream cheese filling into the cooled crust. Arrange sliced strawberries on top.
Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
