Main Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 stick butter melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 lb strawberries hulled and sliced
- 8 oz cream cheese cubed
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour melted butter into a baking dish, then pour the batter over the butter. Do not stir.
Evenly distribute the strawberries and cream cheese cubes over the batter.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
