Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar, divided

Filling

  • 3 packages cream cheese, softened 8 oz each
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup strawberries, pureed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Pour half of the batter over the crust. Spoon half of the strawberry puree over the batter. Swirl with a knife.
  5. Repeat layers and swirl.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes or until center is set. Cool before removing from pan.
