Strawberry Buttercream Frosting Recipe

- 1 cup Unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups Powdered sugar
- 1 cup Strawberries, pureed Fresh or frozen
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 pinch Salt
1. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy and smooth.
2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
3. Add the pureed strawberries, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Beat until well combined and fluffy.
4. If the frosting is too thick, add a little more strawberry puree or milk to reach the desired consistency.
5. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Bring to room temperature before using.
