  • 1 cup Strawberries diced
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced
  • ¼ cup Goat Cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, until golden brown.
  3. In a bowl, combine diced strawberries, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Mix well.
  4. Spread a layer of goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
  5. Top with the strawberry mixture and sprinkle with chopped basil.
