Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Strawberries, chopped
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Fold in chopped strawberries. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
