Strawberry Basil Sorbet
A refreshing and easy-to-make sorbet with fresh strawberries and basil.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries hulled and sliced
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup water
- 2 tablespoon fresh basil chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
1. Combine sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let it cool.
2. In a blender, combine strawberries, basil, lemon juice, and the cooled sugar syrup. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
4. Scoop and serve.
