Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables frozen or fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side of the wok and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  5. Add the cooked rice to the wok and mix everything together.
  6. Pour the soy sauce and sesame oil over the rice and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
