  • 1 lb Steelhead Trout Fillet
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the steelhead trout fillet in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the fillet.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper evenly over the fillet.
  5. Squeeze lemon juice over the top.
