  • 4 heads baby bok choy
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Rinse bok choy under cold water.
  2. Cut bok choy in half lengthwise.
  3. Steam bok choy for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  5. Drizzle the sauce over steamed bok choy.
  6. Add salt to taste.
