Instructions

  2. 2. Add olive oil, whole wheat flour, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the bread for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
