Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Flank Steak sliced into thin strips
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 8 Tortillas warmed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2. Add the steak strips and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the bell peppers and onion, and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve the steak and veggies on warm tortillas. Enjoy!
