Steak and Egg Hash Recipe
A hearty and delicious breakfast option combining steak, eggs, and potatoes.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Steak cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 Eggs
- 2 cups Potatoes diced
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add diced potatoes and cook until golden brown.
Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
Add steak pieces and cook until browned.
Season with salt and pepper.
Make four wells in the hash and crack an egg into each well.
Cover the skillet and cook until eggs are set to your liking.
Serve hot and enjoy!
