Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Pork Steaks about 1 inch thick
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the pork steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the pork steaks on the grill and cook for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Brush the steaks with BBQ sauce and cook for another 10 minutes, flipping and basting with more sauce as needed.
  5. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
