  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Pie Crust

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked squash, sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Stir in the milk and eggs until well blended.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
