Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butternut Squash, cooked and pureed
  • 2 cups Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large pot, combine the squash puree and milk. Heat over medium until warm.
  4. Add the shredded cheese, salt, and pepper to the pot. Stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  5. Mix the cooked macaroni into the cheese sauce. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
