Squash Apple Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 large butternut squash peeled, seeded, and cubed
- 2 apples peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1. In a large pot, sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
2. Add the butternut squash, apples, and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes, until the squash and apples are tender.
4. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth.
5. Season with salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Stir well.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
