Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach
  • ½ cup Walnuts
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Add spinach, walnuts, Parmesan cheese, and garlic to a food processor.
  2. Pulse until the ingredients are coarsely chopped.
  3. With the processor running, slowly add olive oil and lemon juice until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
