Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz Jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package Frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each pasta shell with the ricotta mixture.
  5. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Arrange stuffed shells in the baking dish and top with remaining marinara sauce.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot.
