Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
