Spinach Mushroom Pasta Recipe
A quick and easy pasta dish with spinach and mushrooms.

Main Ingredients
- 8 oz Pasta
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups Fresh spinach
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
4. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
