Instructions
1. Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper.

4. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and cook until the edges start to set.
5. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over one half of the omelette.
6. Fold the omelette in half and cook for another minute or until the cheese is melted.
