Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, feta, and garlic.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear chicken breasts until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
