Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix spinach, feta, and garlic.
Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear chicken breasts until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
