Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package Manicotti shells
  • 2 cups Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 package Frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook manicotti shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each manicotti shell with the cheese and spinach mixture.
  5. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place stuffed shells in the baking dish and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
