Spinach Artichoke Pasta

Main Ingredients
- 12 oz Pasta any type
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 can Artichoke hearts drained and chopped
- 4 cups Spinach fresh
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
4. Add artichoke hearts and spinach to the skillet. Cook until spinach is wilted.
5. Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
