Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 10 oz Spinach fresh or frozen
  • 9 Lasagna Noodles cooked
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 2 cups Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground turkey until browned. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Mix spinach with ricotta cheese in a bowl.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce in the baking dish.
  5. Layer lasagna noodles, turkey, spinach mixture, and cheeses. Repeat layers.
  6. Top with remaining marinara sauce and cheeses.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
