  • 2 cups Fresh spinach
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 pieces Whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Place the tortillas on a flat surface and divide the cooked spinach and feta cheese between them.
  4. Roll up the tortillas and serve warm.
