  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 egg beaten
  • ¼ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, spinach, feta, egg, bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Form mixture into 4 patties.
  3. 3. Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
