Main Ingredients
- 12 oz Pasta any type
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 can Artichoke hearts drained and chopped
- 4 cups Spinach fresh
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
4. Add artichoke hearts and spinach. Cook until spinach is wilted.
5. Toss in the cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
