Spicy Beef Ramen Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup bok choy, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 per serving soft-boiled egg
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
Add beef slices and cook until browned.
Pour in beef broth, soy sauce, and chili paste. Bring to a boil.
Add mushrooms and bok choy, cook for 5 minutes.
Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then add to the pot.
Serve hot, topped with green onions and a soft-boiled egg.
