Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 per serving soft-boiled egg

Instructions 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add beef slices and cook until browned.
  3. Pour in beef broth, soy sauce, and chili paste. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add mushrooms and bok choy, cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then add to the pot.
  6. Serve hot, topped with green onions and a soft-boiled egg.
