Ingredients

  • 6 apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  2. 2. Add the water, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.

  4. 4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Once the apples are soft, use a potato masher or immersion blender to achieve desired consistency.
