Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Crushed Tomatoes (28 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Stir in crushed tomatoes, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and sugar.
  5. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve over cooked spaghetti or your favorite pasta.
