Spaghetti Pie Recipe
A delicious twist on traditional spaghetti, baked into a savory pie.

- 8 oz spaghetti cooked and drained
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, Parmesan cheese, and beaten eggs. Mix well.
Press the spaghetti mixture into a greased pie dish to form a crust.
Spread ricotta cheese over the spaghetti crust.
In a skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
Add marinara sauce to the beef mixture and stir well.
Pour the beef mixture over the ricotta layer in the pie dish.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
