Ingredients

  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 4 cloves Garlic sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 4 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 can Tomato sauce 400g
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and red chili flakes, and sauté until the garlic is golden brown.
  3. 3. Add the tomato sauce to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
  4. 4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for a few more minutes until the spaghetti is slightly crispy.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
