Main Ingredients
- 500 g Pork shoulder cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
2. Add pork cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated pork onto skewers.
5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through.
6. Serve hot with pita bread and tzatziki sauce.
