  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Black Beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Corn cooked
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Avocado diced
  • 0.5 cup Red Onion sliced
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 0.25 cup Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, avocado, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
