Southwest Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Romaine Lettuce chopped
- 1 cup Black Beans rinsed and drained
- 1 cup Corn cooked
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Avocado diced
- 0.5 cup Red Onion sliced
- 0.5 cup Cilantro chopped
- 0.25 cup Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, avocado, red onion, and cilantro.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
