Southern Peach Cobbler

Filling
- 6 cups peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir in the milk until just combined. Pour the batter over the peaches.
Drizzle the melted butter over the batter.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
