  • 2 racks pork ribs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Rub the mixture all over the ribs.
  4. 4. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours, turning occasionally and basting with barbecue sauce during the last 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
