Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Bread Flour
  • 300 g Water Room temperature
  • 100 g Sourdough Starter Active
  • 10 g Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix the flour and water in a bowl. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Add the sourdough starter and salt. Mix until combined.
  3. 3. Let the dough rise for 24 hours at room temperature.
  4. 4. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Place a Dutch oven inside to heat up.
  5. 5. Shape the dough and place it in the preheated Dutch oven.
  6. 6. Bake for 30 minutes with the lid on, then remove the lid and bake for another 15 minutes.
  7. 7. Let the bread cool before slicing.
