Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 8 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, sour cream, half of the shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
  4. Pour salsa over the top of the enchiladas and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
