- 1 cup sour cream
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs beaten
- 3 cups apples peeled, cored, and sliced
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, flour, and salt. Mix well.
Add beaten eggs to the mixture and blend until smooth.
Fold in the sliced apples.
Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
