Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter softened
- ½ cup Powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 ¼ cups All-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¾ cup Chopped nuts walnuts or pecans
- 1 cup Additional powdered sugar for rolling
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and ½ cup powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until just combined. Stir in the chopped nuts.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Let cool for a few minutes, then roll in additional powdered sugar while still warm.
Once completely cooled, roll in powdered sugar again for a final coating.
