  • 1 whole Chicken about 4-5 pounds
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Rub the chicken with olive oil.
  3. Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture all over the chicken.
  4. Place the chicken in the smoker. Smoke for about 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Remove the chicken from the smoker and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
