Instructions
1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
2. Combine the rice and water in a rice cooker and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions.
3. In a small bowl, mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Fold into the cooked rice.
4. Place a sheet of nori on the sushi mat. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
5. Arrange smoked salmon, cucumber, and avocado slices over the rice.
6. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat, then slice into pieces with a sharp knife.
