Ingredients

  • 300 g Pasta
  • 200 g Smoked Salmon
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • ¼ cup Fresh Dill chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  3. 3. Add the heavy cream to the pan and bring to a simmer. Cook for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. 4. Stir in the smoked salmon, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to combine. Cook for another minute to heat through.
  6. 6. Serve the pasta topped with fresh dill.
