Main Ingredients
- 2 racks Pork spare ribs
- ¼ cup Paprika
- 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
2. Mix all the dry ingredients to make a rub.
3. Apply the rub generously to both sides of the ribs.
4. Place the ribs in the smoker and cook for 5 hours, maintaining the temperature at 225°F (107°C).
5. Remove the ribs from the smoker and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
