Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.

  3. 3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the macaroni, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 10-15 minutes, or until the macaroni is tender.
