Ingredients 

Pulled Pork Ingredients

  • 5 lb Pork Shoulder bone-in
  • 2 tablespoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix together the paprika, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
  3. 3. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder.
  4. 4. Place the pork shoulder in the smoker and smoke for about 8 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).
  5. 5. Remove the pork from the smoker and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Shred the pork using two forks and serve.
