Slow Cooker Sauerkraut and Sausage Recipe
A hearty and easy slow cooker recipe combining sauerkraut and sausage for a comforting meal.

Main Ingredients
- 2 pounds Sausage cut into pieces
- 32 ounces Sauerkraut drained
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 medium Onion sliced
- 1 tablespoon Caraway Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Place the sauerkraut in the bottom of the slow cooker.
2. Add the sliced onion on top of the sauerkraut.
3. Place the sausage pieces on top of the onion.
4. Sprinkle the caraway seeds and black pepper over the sausage.
5. Pour the chicken broth over everything.
6. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
