Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

Main Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds ground beef
- 0.5 cup bread crumbs
- 0.25 cup milk
- 0.25 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 10.5 ounces condensed French onion soup
- 10.5 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 ounce dry au jus mix
- 1 cup water
In a bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, onion, egg, salt, and pepper. Shape into patties.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown patties on both sides.
Place browned patties in the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix French onion soup, cream of mushroom soup, au jus mix, and water. Pour over patties.
Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
