- 4 lb Leg of Lamb bone-in
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary fresh, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt

1. Rub the leg of lamb with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
2. Place the lamb in the slow cooker.
3. Cook on low for 8 hours or until tender.
4. Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
